No he didn,t.
These photos have the feeling of a training scenario about them. The patient arm looks like an IV training arm. There is also apparent disinterest in the bystanders with no one by the patient at times..
No, real incident....the disinterest noted above would be more a factor of Indonesian culture.
And PAMA is not a mine, they are a Indonesian mining contractor...PT Pamapersada Nusantara, or PAMA for short.
