Norwich Park. Looks like the same dragline incident you posted photos of in 2009.
Dragline 19 vs 20 and this picture shows a machine tilted towards the operators cab and it appears to be at less of a an angle. I'd say all signs point towards a different incident.
There were two photos posted on March 15 2009, both of dragline 19 at Norwich park. In the first one, the bench (bridge?) has failed to the south as the spoil is on the western side of the pit, while in the second photo the bench (bridge?) has failed to the north as the spoil is still on the western side of the pit. They are two different incidents. This current set of photos appear to be the same incident as the first photo.

yes Norwich park mine and the year was 1983
Some photo's are definately of DRE 19 just south of ramp 3, boom pointing into and up the ramp.
